Capital One says personal international wires may take up to 10 business days. Not every account is eligible, so new senders should confirm eligibility before visiting a branch.

International wires have a 30-minute hold period during which the customer can contact the initiating branch to cancel. Incoming international wires use SWIFT code HIBKUS44; confirm all recipient details first.
