BER comparison pages place available retail exchange rates, fees and estimated margins alongside the current market mid-rate. This helps show the approximate amount a customer may receive and the potential cost of using a provider for a particular currency, product and transaction amount.

Provider inclusion and removal criteria
The directory displays organisations that are marked as live in BER's provider records, are classified as a bank or foreign exchange provider, and have a BER rate page. Inclusion depends on BER having enough identifiable provider, currency or rate information to maintain a useful comparison page. A provider can still appear when a live customer quote is not available for every currency, amount or service.
BER may correct, hide or remove a listing if the organisation stops offering the relevant service, its identity or products materially change, or the available information becomes too incomplete or outdated to support a useful page. A directory listing describes BER's current coverage; it is not an endorsement, guarantee of service or statement that a provider is suitable for a particular customer.
