Metrobank TT rate coverage and costs

The current two-way TT data covers USD, EUR, GBP, CHF, JPY, AUD, CAD, DKK, HKD and SGD against PHP. Metrobank also publishes a one-way customer selling rate for CNY, so BER does not infer the unavailable reverse quote.

The comparison reflects the exchange-rate margin visible in Metrobank's published rate. Any transfer, cable, correspondent or recipient-bank charge must be considered separately when it applies.

Metrobank rate timing and qualifications

Metrobank dates the official CSV used by BER and describes the rates as indicative. The bank advises customers to visit a branch for the actual rate for the day.

BER rejects a stale, partial or structurally changed source file rather than publishing a partial table. The captured rate is still not a guaranteed quote, and payment eligibility or documentation can depend on the transaction.
