RCBC says customers access Online FX by enrolling their FCDU and peso accounts in RCBC Pulz. Its FX Global account is described as a balance-free foreign-currency account used to settle online foreign-exchange transactions.

Using RCBC's online FX table
The RCBC source includes a Manila update timestamp, which BER checks for freshness before accepting the full five-currency table. A missing or malformed row causes the capture to fail rather than publish partial coverage.
